Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment. Items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order. Personalized items are made to order and hence cannot be returned. If you decide to cancel or modify your order, pls do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

All items that have been damaged during shipment!

Within 2 weeks after delivery to your premises or your collection agent.

Prints returned will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you. Original artworks can be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price.

We ship worldwide with preferential shipping rates within the South Africa! We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
